UCM Magazine: Full Spectrum Article
Published quarterly by the UCM Alumni Foundation, the UCM Magazine presented feature stories, news and vibrant photography to keep readers current with their alma mater. In 2014 I was hired as a freelance designer to completely redesign the magazine: everything from the masthead to the folios was redesigned. For each issue, I worked closely with the editor and the campus photographer to create a magazine that was engaging to alumni of all ages, but especially to the younger graduates. Working with stories from faculty research initiatives, to student and academic life, to alumni accomplishments gave me opportunities to design strong visual stories to compliment the engaging text.
